2016 - Berlin, Germany
In 2016 we launched our first FemmeQ International Summit. “Another world is not only possible on a quiet day I can hear her breathing”. Over 100 people from 14 countries joined us. Right here, right now it is time for the momentum and blasé of imagination for the rise of the feminine essential in all positions of power. To prevent terror requires radical acts and women to be included, using feminine intelligence to build the future. We must unravel convention paradigms to be warriors for the future.
2017 - London, UK
2018 - Los Angeles, USA
The "FemmeQ Los Angeles Summit" made time stand still for 2 days. We all tapped into our inherent wisdom and feminine intelligence. We imagined the world of peace- building, politics, governance, business, media integrating values like: inclusivity, compassion, deep listening, integrity and intuition. 2018 - London, UK
Back in 2018 when we were inspired to create our 3rd FemmeQ International Summit in London. Our message was clear. "The way we’re working isn’t working". This remains as true today. We were passionate about our messaging as were many others who joined us. Our message 'Feminine Intelligence is an essential ingredient to restore wholeness to our human and societal systems. At the first FemmeQ Summit we were sowing the seeds but we weren’t entirely clear what would be the effects of feminine intelligence as we sent this message far and wide. As we’ve progressed we know the difference it makes when its applied and embodied. Regard and respect for feminine intelligence is well beyond gender it’s a critical ingredient for a flourishing future'.
2021 - Nosara, Costa Rica
During the pandemic this was an important time for us to be speaking about feminine intelligence. The feminine as the catalyst for regeneration, the women who were disproportionately impacted by the pandemic to be acknowledged and supported and listening to the feminine intelligence of Mother Nature so profound in the depths of the Costa Rican jungle. Our Summit was titled ‘Feminine Intelligence for a Regenerative Future’. Being the jungle of Costa Rica was a profound reminder.
2023 - Strasbourg, France
The 6th International FemmeQ Summit, Strasbourg France. On the 24th October we arrived at Chateau de Pourtales to begin our 3 day journey. What an extraordinary week we experienced, filled with tears, laughter, magic and love. We came together as a collective of individuals with shared hopes and dreams, we left as a beloved community. People came from near and far - 50 courageous and compassionate souls from 10 countries working across climate change, peace building and right livelihood. Committed to writing a new story and shaping the future by embodying feminine principles and applying feminine intelligence in action. Collaboration is key to our future, women must be equal partners and feminine principles embodied to transition from our entrenched social norms and transform the system. Thank you to our amazing FemmeQ team who have brought their love, dedication and super power to make sure their bold stand for a flourishing future becomes a reality. And to all of our brilliant contributors who brought their brilliance and blessings to make this possible.

Rites for Girls

Rites for Girls mentors girls right through their adolescence and we train women to facilitate girls’ groups. In Girls Journeying Together groups preteen girls prepare for puberty and learn how to take charge of their emotional, social, and mental well-being. This guidance continues through their teenage years. Our Facilitators also support their mothers as the girls journey through this pivotal phase. Girls’ Net provides guidance and camaraderie through times of challenge to small groups of same-age girls (aged 8-18) in weekly online sessions. Our Mentors offer tools for coping well and the girls access their inner resources while also realising that they’re not alone.
